How to report unsafe behavior or a policy violation on VanaChat.

Report during a chat

Use the report control and select the reason that best describes what happened.
Leave the conversation if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Block the person when that option is available.

Report by email

Email support@vanachat.online with the approximate date and time, the device or browser used, and a factual description. Include a session or account identifier only if it is already visible to you.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification, or illegal imagery. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services before contacting VanaChat.
