Who may use VanaChat?

Only adults aged 18 or older may use VanaChat. The service is not designed for minors.

What should I do if a chat feels unsafe?

End the chat, use the report and block controls, and avoid sharing further personal information. Contact local emergency services if anyone faces immediate danger.

Does VanaChat require sign-up?

Entering a chat may be possible from the Start Video Call flow, while some optional features may require a free account. The interface will explain any requirement before you continue.

Are paid features available?

Joining the service does not require an upfront payment. Optional paid items or features, such as coins, gifts, or certain filters, may be offered with the price displayed before purchase.
