Child Safety Policy

VanaChat is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Anyone who is under 18 must not access or use the service.

We apply a zero-tolerance policy to child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualized content involving minors, and attempts to move a minor into a private or off-platform conversation.

VanaChat may use automated detection, user reports, and manual review to identify suspected violations. Accounts or sessions associated with child-safety risks may be restricted or removed while a report is reviewed.

Where required by law, apparent child sexual abuse material or credible exploitation concerns may be preserved and reported to the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority.
