Law Enforcement Requests

Authorized law-enforcement agencies may send official requests to support@vanachat.online. Requests should identify the issuing authority, responsible officer, legal basis, requested records, and relevant date range.

We review requests for legal sufficiency and scope. VanaChat may ask for clarification or reject requests that are informal, overbroad, or not supported by valid legal process.

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, clearly mark the request as an emergency and describe the nature of the threat. Emergency handling does not waive legal requirements.

Preservation requests should specify the relevant identifiers and period. Preservation does not guarantee that the requested information exists or is retained in the ordinary course of service operation.
